The conditions for using the HanFlow PC programs and licenses.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the HanFlow PC programs and their licenses (the “Service”) provided by Quantum Materials Inc. (the “Company”), as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Description of the Service)

The Service consists of the Windows programs HanFlow Cap, Cut, Image, Finder, Zip and Player and their licenses. The Bundle also includes licenses for HanFlow PDF and HanFlow File Helper.
With a license you can use all features of the program, including for business and commercial purposes.
The programs may be tried for 30 days from the day of installation. After the trial ends, file viewing continues to work, while creating or saving new work requires a license.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment)

Prices are shown on the pricing page. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle, and the local currency and taxes are displayed in the checkout window.
Payment method information such as card numbers is received directly by Paddle and is not stored on the Company’s servers.

Article 4 (Service Period)

Perpetual license: There is no limit on the period of use. It is a one-time payment and you will not be charged again automatically.
Once payment is complete, your license key is sent immediately to the email address you entered. If you did not receive it, please contact customer support with your order number and we will send it again.

Article 5 (Withdrawal, Exchange and Refund)

Within 7 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund for any reason. If there is a problem with the product, such as a key not received, issued in error or not working, we will reissue (exchange) a key for the same product or provide a full refund even after 7 days have passed. All other matters are governed by the Refund Policy.

Article 6 (License and Restrictions on Use)

The Company grants the user a non-exclusive right to use the programs on one PC. If you change PCs, let customer support know and we will transfer the license.
The programs occasionally connect to the internet to verify the license (perpetual licenses at most every 90 days · with a 14-day grace period if they cannot connect).
You may not share, transfer or resell your license key, nor reverse-engineer, copy or distribute the programs.

Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable law; details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, causes attributable to the user, or failures of third-party services (payment processing, telecommunications, etc.). The Service is provided to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 9 (Amendment of the Terms)

The Company may change these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reasons on this site in advance of any change.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the use of the Service shall follow the procedures prescribed by applicable laws.
