Refund Policy

Information on payment, withdrawal and refunds for HanFlow PC licenses.

This Policy complies with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws. This product is a software license delivered immediately online.

1. Products and payment

Products: perpetual licenses for HanFlow Cap·Cut·Image·Finder·Zip·Player and the Bundle perpetual license (including HanFlow PDF and HanFlow File Helper). Please see the pricing page for prices.
Payment: a one-time payment. You will not be charged again automatically.
Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller, Paddle, and local currency and taxes are shown at checkout.
Delivery: Once payment is complete, your license key is sent immediately to the email address you entered. If you did not receive it, please contact customer support with your order number and we will send it again.

2. Withdrawal (full refund)

Within 7 days of the purchase date, we will give you a full refund for any reason.
Even a simple change of mind right after payment is refunded if requested within 7 days.

3. Refund Procedure

Request it directly via the receipt link (Paddle) in your order email, or via Contact or info@qmscience.net · 070-7609-1376, together with your order number.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take about 3–5 business days, depending on the card issuer or payment provider.
Once a refund is approved, the license key concerned is invalidated on the server.

4. Use After a Refund

The program is locked the next time it checks the invalidated key online.
So that the programs can be used offline, they have a verification interval (up to 90 days) and a grace period (14 days); on a PC that does not connect to the internet, a program may therefore keep working for up to 104 days after a refund.
If the Bundle is refunded, the HanFlow PDF perpetual license portion that has already been issued and stored on the device cannot technically be revoked.

5. Order Cancellation · Exchange (Reissue) · Returns

Order cancellation: You may cancel at any time within 7 days of purchase, and the full amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Exchange (reissue): If there is a problem with the product, such as a key not received, issued in error or not working, we will reissue a key for the same product. If you do not wish to receive a reissued key, we will provide a full refund; in such cases this is possible even after 7 days have passed.
Returns (shipping): As this is software with no physical delivery, no returns or shipping costs arise.

6. Payments by Minors

If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable law.
